Our school has been in business 82 years and I have personally gone through 9 re-accreditation visits. I had already completed our ISS and thought I was prepared for the team visit. I was contacted by Stephanie about one month prior to our team visit and after speaking with her, speaking with references, and learning that she was a former NACCAS employee, I decided “it couldn't hurt to have her consult with me.” Was I ever wrong!!! To be able to make these changes BEFORE the team visit was huge. She is really good about looking into the minutia that NACCAS loves to look at and that we, as school owners, tend to overlook.

"Shortly after taking over as director of the school I completed my first annual report. It was not that difficult and I was confident going into our school visit later that year. The visit went well until it was time to discuss our annual report. Unfortunately, I completed the annual report based on our computer reports and kept no backup documentation. I was never able to recreate the same numbers as I submitted in our report and when responded to NACCAS I made the mistake of arguing with them rather than trying to fix it… enter Stephanie.
